Ingat, Efferty ni bukan main-main, so kita kena guna dengan betul ye!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pertama sekali, jangan terlalu excited sampai minum lebih dari 1 sachet sehari. Walaupun rasanya sedap macam heaven, 1 sachet Efferty memang dah cukup untuk kita. Ingat, lebih bukan selalu lebih baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kesilapan kedua, bancuh dengan air panas. Sebenarnya, Efferty boleh bancuh dalam air sejuk je atau pun air suhu bilik. Shake-shake terus minum, macam masak sayur, kalau terlalu panas, zat-zat baik dalam Efferty tu boleh hilang.
