Badan kita still perlukan glukosa untuk tenaga. Tapi kalau insulin malas kerja, glukosa yang lebih tu akan bertukar jadi lemak. Lama-lama hormon pun kacau-bilau, especially untuk wanita. Telur tak matang, haid pun jadi macam hantu kejap ada kejap takde. Semua ni start dari insulin resistance. Scary kan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi apa nak buat? Senang je. Ikut tips makan nasi ni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Bahagikan pinggan ikut ratio. Suku nasi, separuh sayur dan buah, suku lagi protein macam ayam, ikan atau telur. Simple kan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Jangan belasah semua sekali jalan. Makan sayur dan buah dulu, lepas tu protein, baru nasi. Ni bukan sebab kita cerewet, tapi nak bagi pencernaan slow sikit supaya gula tak naik meroket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> No air manis masa makan, please! Tunggu 30 minit, baru minum air limau suam tanpa gula. Trust me, memang power cara ni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bonus Tip:<\/strong> Kalau nak bagi insulin extra boost, boleh try inositol.
