Kenapa? Sebab hormon stres dan hormon kesuburan ada \u201ckilang\u201d yang sama \u2013 iaitu dekat atas buah pinggang (kelenjar adrenal). Bila you stres, sama ada emosi, fizikal, atau melalui makanan, badan you akan prioritize untuk \u201csurvive\u201d daripada nak jaga sistem pembiakan. Jadi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 Kurangkan stres emosi: Jangan tengok drama sedih sangat. Layanlah cerita happy-happy, yang ringan-ringan je.<br>\u2022 Stres fizikal: Jangan over-exercise. Bila terlalu aktif, hormon cortisol naik, oksigen dan glukosa banyak supply ke otot. Akibatnya, kilang telur kurang bekalan untuk persediaan ovulasi selepas period.<br>\u2022 Stres dari makanan: Elak makanan tinggi pengawet macam sos-sos tu. Pengawet ni menghasilkan fibrin yang buat sel darah merah bergumpal, aliran darah jadi pekat, dan darah haid tersangkut-sangkut atau hitam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minum Air Masak Cukup-Cukup<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Masa period, badan you kehilangan banyak darah dan cecair. Kalau kurang minum air, toksin susah nak keluar, dan aliran darah pun boleh jadi perlahan. Formula mudah: berat badan you bahagi 25, itulah jumlah liter air yang perlu you minum. Contoh: berat 50 kg, minum sekurang-kurangnya 2 liter sehari. Kalau you jenis mudah berpeluh, tambah sikit air masak. Tapi, kalau ada masalah kesihatan seperti buah pinggang atau jantung, rujuk doktor dulu, ya!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Amalkan Nutrisi Tambahan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Masa period ni, badan you perlukan nutrisi yang membantu aliran darah lancar, contohnya vitamin K dan makanan beralkali. Nutrisi ni juga penting untuk elak kolesterol jahat yang boleh sebabkan darah tersumbat. Kalau tak tahu nak ambil apa, boleh cuba Efferty. Ada pelbagai flavor seperti coklat, strawberi, madu kurma, dan semua ni lengkap dengan nutrisi asas.
